Order Acceptance

Please note that Tahzeeb Fabrics reserves the right to decline or cancel any order if issues arise during verification, payment processing, or stock availability checks.

Order Cancellation

We understand that order changes may be needed occasionally. Customers may cancel their orders before shipment by contacting our support team. Once the order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

Tahzeeb Fabrics may also cancel orders under specific conditions, including (but not limited to):

• The product is out of stock or discontinued.
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping or billing information.
• Payment failure or security concerns.
• Product found damaged or defective during quality inspection.
• Technical or pricing errors detected during order processing.

In the event of a cancellation by us, customers will be notified promptly and offered an alternative or full refund where applicable.

Shipping & Delivery

We strive to deliver your orders quickly and reliably. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination and order volume.

Estimated Delivery Time (within Pakistan):

• Local Orders: 3–5 working days

Please note that Tahzeeb Fabrics is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier or transportation issues.
• Public holidays or unforeseen closures.
• Natural disasters, extreme weather, or other Force Majeure events beyond our control.

Force Majeure

“Force Majeure” refers to any event that is beyond the reasonable control of Tahzeeb Fabrics, including but not limited to natural calamities, war, strikes, technical failures, or governmental restrictions.

In such cases, we shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or non-performance of obligations caused by these circumstances.

Payments

All payments must be made through the authorized methods listed on our website. We take payment security seriously and use trusted gateways for processing.

If a product becomes unavailable after payment, customers will be contacted for an exchange or refund.

Product Availability

We make every effort to ensure that products displayed on our website are available and accurately described. However, due to high demand or stock limitations, some items may sell out before orders are processed.
